Adoption of villages has become a trend now-a-days. Recently, we have heard about Mahesh Babu adopting his native village Burripalem. Now another Tollywood star Vishnu is following the same.

Recently Vishnu along the faculty of his college (Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College) has visited a village named Shirpur in Maharastra which was adopted by his friends and was turned into a Model village. After that Manchu Vishnu decided and has adopted 10 villages in Chandragiri Mandal of chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. Vishnu is mainly focusing to provide Education, Water, and Toilets.

Vishnu’s next move is to meet the Andhra Pradesh chief minister Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu  and discuss his plans of developing the villages. Vishnu also formed a ‘Green Army’ team comprising of students from his education institutions, who will visit all the nearby villages and create awareness about sanitation. This is really inspiring and we wish more industrialists and other stars come up with such activities.
